Best Book On Meditation
name the best book on meditation?
i purchased more than 5 books on meditation ,but none gives a clear idea about how to meditate ,so pls kindly suggest the best book about meditation ,it should tell how to meditate.
My friend meditation does not require any bookish knowledge…to really mediate you need self control and strong will power. Whenever you start mediating try to do in room where there will be pin drop silence and then sit in the lotus posture and try to mediate on GOD Idol or on a candle or anything you like. During the first few days it will be problem but slowly and slowly you will be addict to it and you will mediate better.
But keep in mind before siting for meditation, take a bath so that you feel relaxed, its not mandatory but it will help you.
