what is best exercises for a post ceasarean mom?
i had ceasarean section 14 months ago. i am trying to tone and thus get my abs and slendar body back. i go to the YMCA twice a week plus do kick boxing, yoga and what ever i can think about at home. is it too early to be doing such exercises.

You had a c-section 14months ago? If that is not a typo then yes, you can be exercising. You can start exercising about 6 weeks after depending on if it is your first c-section or not.
It took me 12 weeks to feel up to exercising the first time around but the 2nd time I was up and exercising in four weeks.
If you have stretch marks: they don’t slim back down. They just make the skin pucker.
