What are you doing to celebrate Lughnasadh?
My family is going to meet up with a local group to celebrate. It will be a day of gaming followed by a meditation, then the ritual followed by a feast and then drumming. Merry Lughnasadh!
The true astrological point is 15 degrees Leo, but tradition has set August 1st as the day most Pagans celebrate it. It is the time of the first harvest.
After a morning meditation, we are going to spend the rest of the morning at a local Farmer’s Market, followed by a picnic lunch. We will then go to a local shelter to make a food donation.
