Easy Meditation Techniques
Anybody have any easy meditation techniques for a novice?
I just started and i dont know how to do anything or anything at all actually

I like Savannah’s answer above but would add the following:
Most novice meditators are often frustrated by wandering thoughts. This often leads the meditator to become less relaxed and a bit stressed as they try in vain to clear his/her mind. So whats the solution? It’s simple really – as your mind slips away from concentrating on your breathing (for instance) and perhaps you become aware of a bird chirping nearby, instead of getting angry for allowing your mind to slip from breathing to the bird, simply allow your focus to shift to the sound of the bird thus staying relaxed and still meditating.
