The two possible meanings of that sentence don’t depend on different sentence structure. The sentence structure is the same in both interpretations. “Child’s stool” has the same phrase structure and is the subject of each interpretation: only the meaning of the noun “stool” that changes. The meanings “feces” or “three-legged seat” just happen to be homonyms (two words with the same sound, and in this case the same spelling).
The quotation you’ve included is written in fractured, unclear English. Perhaps the author is not a native speaker. At any rate, his meaning is not clear, to me at least.
BTW, there ARE of course English sentences where different structural interpretations change the meaning. I remember a Pinker example that was something like “John Smith will discuss sex with Dick Cavett.” Clearly there are two interpretations:
John Smith will discuss sex (with Dick Cavett)
John Smith will discuss (sex with Dick Cavett)
