Guided Meditation Cd
I need help find a good guided meditation CD.?
So, I am into my fifth week of school and I am experiencing extreme anxiety and stress. I feel as if the entire world is on my shoulders and its crushing me to death. I cannot breathe right, my body shivers, i can’t sleep, and I feel like someone is sitting on my chest. I think I’ve literally cried for the first four weeks of school.
I have been doing A LOT of self talk exercise and its been working very well but my therapist suggest the guided meditation. I have done guided meditation before and it works but I can’t really find one that I like. My therapist e-mailed me some but they all have this weird voodoo music in the background that distracts me and the person that is suppose to do the talking barely talks, so, my mind drifts most of the time.
I like the one where there is no music and the person talks most of the time. I prefer a guys voice over a girls too. I don’t know why.
Can anyone help? Any suggestions?
