how to publicise free meditation classes in Hartford, CT, US?

We are a non-profit organization and conduct free meditation classes in Manchester, Hartford, CT, US. I have been practicing it for almost 7 years now and have found it extremely useful in my day to day life. And also i have become one of the facilitators there.
i was wondering how can we publicize the information about these free classes. i initially thought of newspaper advertisements, but thats too costly (considering we are non-profit and never charge a penny, its difficult to keep advertising in a newspaper on a long term basis.)
Can anyone please guide, as to how can we inform people about this beautiful thing, using least possible resources as much as we can. (One thing i could think of was craigslist). Any suggestions are welcome.

I was going to say craigslist. You could Twitter, too – keywords could include “Oprah-style spirituality”, “new age humanist cult crap”, etc.
