What are some bboy exercises that can help me with flares?

I just learned how to windmill, i am pretty good strength wise, i can do i handed push ups, headstand pushups, and a couple of freezes. But i guess my body isnt strong enough to do flares. What exercises can i do to help me with getting the strength to do it, I dont have access to gymnastic equipment thanks
