Is Headstanding really scientifically wholesome?

As soon as headstand is concerned the props would say many harms of standing upright. Can headstanding really improve these conditions? Or is it just a method as a novelty for pathfinders of some excercises to attract practicers in order to make money?

I would think it is. headstanding reverses the gravity of the body; well, it completely inverts it! most of the benefits are likely mental, such as a reduce in anxiety and stress.

however, some will argue that headstanding is beneficial to the lymphatic and cardiovascular system.

I don’t suppose giving your brain a blood-bath every once in a while will hurt it though.
