Learning To Meditate
How to meditate to reduce anxiety?
I’ve been using meditation for a little over a year and I have received great benefits. I generally use breath as the focus of my meditation as I find this the easiest. However my girlfriend would like to learn how to meditate to help with her anxiety but focusing on breath and heart rate is what makes her anxious. Does anybody know any other good methods to teach a beginner?
