Meditation Mudra
How do I conquer these distractions during my meditation?
I usually count the number of my inhales…I barely make it past 11-20 inhales before I feel the need to move or I get fidgety and after awhile my limbs begin to shake due to my stillness and I once again get fidgety and I lose my concentration.The Mudra I hold becomes unsteady and begins to shake due to stillness….How do I overcome these obstacles ?
If I can’t make it past 11-20 breaths then reaching a point of being clear of impurity and attaining enlightenment will be much more harder
I aspire for enlightenment or at least to be purified from all defilement’s so any suggestions you can make will certainly help
And how do I cultivate loving kindness for other beings ?
Love is a feeling that simply can’t be conjured up in a moment so I would like to know how I can attain the feeling of loving kindness
