Walking so far is the most basic of all the exercises and the safest. One can do this every morning and gradually increase the phase. Avoid exercises that will make you jump, leap, stretch or anything that can harm your baby. As long as it will not cost you to do things that may injure you and endanger the life of the baby it is safe.
Also one exercise which is also advisable to make the pelvic muscles stronger is Kegel’s exercise. It helps to make your pelvis stronger and also to control if not solve your urinary incontinence problem.
