Reiki Training
Reiki in NY, NY?
I recently had an experience that’s sparked my interest in reiki and I’d really like to take a Reiki I class. I’ve read a lot on the subject and a few years ago I had a treatment. I’m wondering if anyone can suggest a good training center in Manhattan. Also, do you think it’s important to familiarize myself by getting treatments before I go for training?

There is a group called The International Association Of Reiki Practitioners aka www.iarp.org and do a search for people in the NY area. There are a lot there.
I joined the IARP group because they provide Insurance as well as a link on the internet for people looking for Reiki and other Alternative Health modalities.
Reiki is great, I agree. I’ve been teaching it for over 13 years and love the benefits I see in people. One of the main groups we have worked with is the Cancer Therapy Research Center at University of Texas Health Science Center.
