Relaxation Cd
Good meditation and/or deep relaxation cds?
There are so many different kinds of meditation and/or deep relaxation cds to choose from and I can’t seem to decide which one(s) would be right for me. Obviously none of you can choose which cd is right for me lol But I’d like to hear some some suggestions or recommendations; Maybe help me narrow the choices down to a manageable list of ones to check out. I want a simple guided meditation cd (nothing too deep/confusing lol! I find it hard to concentrate and just relax if I’m confused by the guide), soft music, I like piano and sounds of the ocean. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated =) Thank you.
I had such a hard time with that too! The only one I’ve ever found that I can listen to over and over and it really works well is The Healing Waterfall. I bought the cassette tape in 1998, then the CD, then the MP3- I’ve tried a ton of them and always come back to that.
