Is there a way to stop muscles hurting after exercise?
I havent exercised in a few weeks because I fractured my ankle, and I know that every time I start exercising again I get reeeeally sore muscles because I havent worked them for so long.
Ive heard there are relaxation exercises or something that you’re meant to do AFTER a workout, to prevent muscles from aching. Does anyone have any ideas? I really dont wanna be in pain after I start exercising again tomorrow!!

Like you said, the only reason they hurt is because you haven’t been exercising for a bit…Just keep working out constantly and you’ll notice that the pain will go away on its own…After each exercise, I do think walking would help to loosen you up a bit!Anything that requires movement but not to much effort or strength should be ok…
