Sikh Meditation
anyone know bout how to practice Sikh meditation ways?
Sikhs DO NOT meditate as mentioned above. When sikhs meditate they have their head covered and are usualy sitting on the ground cross-legged with their eyes closed. They meditate out loud or in their head on the name of god.
