Alpha level?
I read a book by Gawain Sahkti in 1996 and learned how. Silva and the level of alpha. I successfully made it better for the time and I just Stop when the meditation was no sense of time. I felt like I was levitating speed. STR8 quickly through the clouds as open space. I could hear all the air. When I go back. Beta levels will feel as though I was in alpha for longer than I really was. In my current efforts to reach the alpha state has come to no avail. : (How to work b4 my closed. Eyes and count backwards from 100 with my eyes rolled back in time to close. I'm not sure that brand with this blog or not. I am too stressed and tense? I lost. sumfng? The focus of each. relaxn participate in the continuously working. But not on the level I used to. b4 now I feel as though I am compelled to own it or not. The dream is in alpha state. You may not highlighted. But be careful of your third eye and opening it. You can not force these states. You let it happen. After that you can call or queue To do your will take you to the state immediately. You're trying too hard to make it happen. Just let it happen. You go up to Alpha. * Smile * And yes, Ganja helps.
