The answer is simple:
Spirituality is important to find themselves inside him and know his true nature of consciousness. Spirituality can mean the ultimate reality or transcendent dimension that is the perspective of the world that a person so far to go to the heart of its fundamental values and meanings of people lives.
So Spiritual practices, includes such as meditation, prayer and contemplation, are intended to develop an individual’s inner life; such practices often lead to an experience of connectedness with a larger reality: a more comprehensive self; other individuals or the human community; nature or the cosmos; or the divine realm. Spirituality is experienced as a source of inspiration or orientation in life. So spiritual aspect of ones life can bring responsibility, a sense of belongingness, compassion and caring for the whole of humanity.
Personal development is about bringing change through training, That includes many different approaches of self-improvement. Personal development in a broader context could include anything that affects personal growth at all levels, meaning physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Exploration of personal growth requires a willingness to look honestly at ourselves and consider how far we want to change and improve.
Pain is one of the great motivator for changing. It might be hard at first to face the reality of our weaknesses, but this ability to Think by self makes our lives happier in the long run.
So How can Spirituality be helpful in Personal development: Yes Spirituality can be the best way for one personal development. As a person progresses on the path of spirituality his priorities in life also change. The focus of life shifts towards personal happiness through mental peace and less on material needs and desires. So Spirituality help by giving proper decision making skill and develop us both in Carrier wise and individual life.
