What are some good books on yoga, I can see the chapters in?
I just started yoga today with a website, but I want to know buy some books, I could point to yoga. Besides, my back is just to hurt from sitting? I knew I was out of shape, but come on. Ouch. Help is appreciated!

Many people are not aware that practicing yoga could be beneficial to them physically and emotionally. Yoga which is a science is widely recognized and accepted around the world for using scientific techniques where the Yoga masters have to be well educated on subjects like science, physics and biology to attain credibility of teaching Yoga to followers. So as we have established that Yoga is science and not a belief or faith as many tend to debate we can openly discuss the benefits that it has to offer.
Yoga can be compared to being experiential and practical towards the study of motion, where there is a curiosity of trying to understand the reaction of the body to physical changes made to the internal environment of the body. Whereas some bring out the big question as to why they should perform Yoga poses and how would they benefit from performing it? The art of performing Yoga needs people to be attentive to their inhaling and exhaling during movements which are made up of various yoga postures. It is basically centered around the mind and body connecting theory that is possible through three means known as Postures also called asanas, yoga breathing technique also known as pranayama and lastly Meditation.
Yoga with the mind and body connection that occurs from practicing asanas, meditating and breathing tends to get rid of poisonous toxin substances that accumulate in our bodies. Physical benefits of yoga that can be obtained are as follows:
