yoga for time travel?
i read this funny article that yoga will help a person to go back in time……? it sounds crazy but i kept reading the article and i actually found it very fasicnating….. but does anybody else know about this, i even heard scientists know about such claim that yoga for time travel…….
Stay away from these types of useless attempts. Yes, there are weird types of practices which unfortunately have been labelled yoga, when they are in fact occult practices or practiced by spiritualists that take your spirit into the past or future.
Such practices are very dangerous and can cause permanent damage. Living in the present and being happy and healthy is what nature has designed for human beings, stick to that.
I am talking of this after 15 years of experience in deep spiritual meditation.
