I have mild CP. Where can I find a good bench for stretching my back/hip muscles?
Does anyone know where I can find a bench that helps stretch the back and hips? I have mild spastic cerebral palsy and mild scoliosis. So I want something easy to use that doesn’t cost a bundle, but at the same time, not some cheap piece of crap that’ll break on me in a few months.
