Zen Buddhist Meditation
It was feeling like this when doing Zazen meditation or breathing?
I've been doing Zen meditation and the Buddhist religion. Other about 15 years off and on quickly. Recently I've been really enjoying it and I feel everything slipping away when meditating mind, ego, a memory that I know that's a good thing to go because of the ego is a positive step. And think that nothing is targeted But it's a bit scary. Where that is not unusual to feel as safe or not. I'm kind of attached to my ego. I'll let it go on sat? I never could before. The right sign of good? Not logged in to get. But it also satisfied itself about the good? Thank you, I think thats what I worry about my ego that will not come back. I have invested quite a lot into it. :].
Do you have experience than me. But it is my understanding that when these things begin to happen would first be very scary and it is not unusual, safe, set out. Just let go – it will come back.
