MODE of Cosmic Therapy: Tend To The Music Within
Deep within every man or woman lays an inherent ‘tone of truth.’ A deeply embedded resonating sound that you alone are attuned; no one contains the same frequency or intensity of vibration. You are innately driven, propelled, established and maintained by this resonating reverberation. Your mental state, as well as, physical health, financial status, sexual preference, and spiritual acclimation are preserved20by its generating pulsation. When you are out of balance with this unique quality and unique timbre of sound, you are the most miserable. Misery indicates that you have somehow slipped into an ego-tango of self generated pity and unnecessary identity concern. In other words, you are much too focused on what you think the other person is thinking about you. You are consciously going ‘over and over’ things, events, circumstances, relationships and situations that are either past or not yet obtained. You have projected your mind in a backward or future throttle motion. Both states are simply unrealistically unproductive except to fabricate a state of a sorrowful victim centered environment. One way to recognize this horrid state involves evaluating how much time you spend in thoughts of being denied or how much you believe you have been mistreated, abused, betrayed, cheated, overlooked, abandoned and/or neglected. Playing the victim role, you portray yourself as a desperately needed savior in someone else’s life. (Without you, he/she can not possibly find happiness) While you sublimate yourself in such aggrandized placements, you are abhorrently missing the boat of genuine fortune. First of all, you are NOT vitally important in another’s life. His/her happiness or sense of well-being is certainly not dependent upon you or what you perceive you do. You are elevating your ‘sense of influence’ without acknowledging how weighty of a presence you actually bestow. Lighten up. Give the other person some breathing room. You are expecting way too much, too soon or too long. It’s not your call. You don’t know all the facts; you’re not supposed to know. You are currently heavier than gravity; get off your demanding stool. You’re growing very morose. Your individual natural humorous character is determined by how close you vibrate to raw uncensored fun. You are definitely striking a wrong note. You don’t have to say a thing; people all around you can sense it. If, in fact you are resonating to the Key of F-Sharp and are currently resounding in the key of B Flat, then no doubt you can see and hear: ‘YOU ARE OUT OF TUNE!’ Find your own sweet melody and start singing it. What are you to do? Move your fingers! Make a sincere gesture of opening and shutting your hand in recognition that you’ve shut down. Get out of the way.&nb sp; Inside of you a beautifully orchestrated motif is being written. All you have to do is shut-up, be still and listen to enjoy. Stop with your needless worrying, fretting, mingling and mangling in the affairs of others. Don’t complicate your own existence by filling it with so much ‘stuff.’ Stuff, in reality, you are no longer interested in. It’s just muffling the lively orchestra. The music within you is calling out for you to de-ass! Simplify. You have far too much on your plate and you are not even hungry. Take the necessary time to re-evaluate what things that are the absolute most important to you. Incorporate a new musical theme. Some type of song that supports your ability to assist your desired way of living. Anything you cannot walk away from in 15 seconds or less, get rid of. You have inadvertently allowed your source of happiness and peace of mind to originate from the outside when the band of bliss is located within. Re-dial and find your own station.
